Applications to the Zoning Board of Adjustment are due to the Code Enforcement Office by Monday at 4pm (two weeks before) to be placed on the agenda for the next meeting.
Equitable Waiver / Administrative Appeal
Special Exception Application - Seeks permission to do something that the zoning ordinance permits only under certain special circumstances, such as in-home business.
Administrative Appeal - Appeal an Administrative Decision
Special Exception - Wetlands Application
Variance Application - Setbacks from front, side and rear property lines and wetlands for structures such as new homes, additions, decks, patios and wood sheds - Current setbacks are 35' to Front Lot Line /15' to Side or Rear Lot Lines. Variances may also be requested to allow uses in a zone where the proposed use is not otherwise permitted.
